A way to disable Audio chat in case of emergency. Currently Mona events are at risk of being trolled, or worse - flooded with hate speech. It would only take one high-profile incident for Mona to be labelled 'not safe'. At time of writing there is nothing that can be done except deleting a space draft and if minted there is nothing that can be done. Initial implementation could be back-end, and ready for use at big events in-case.
